Law assistent Competition & Regulation
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek
Our Regulatory sector is looking for a student associate with a keen interest in Competition & Regulation (C&R).
About the role
This practice is active across almost the entire spectrum of competition and regulatory law. We serve multinational clients globally – in enforcement actions, transactions and strategic advice – but with an emphasis on Europe.
The work duties consist of a combination of ‘know-how’ work and participation in the daily practice (including literature and jurisprudence research and preparation of presentations). We are looking for students who are enthusiastic, driven, and who have a verifiable affinity with administrative law (with a little environmental law and energy law thrown in) and/or European and/or Dutch competition law.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this position:
- is a second or third year Bachelor or Master student with good study results;
- is available for at least one year;
- is a precise worker;
- has excellent command of the Dutch language;
- is eager and excited to learn;
- is well organised;
- is assertive and pro-active;
- is flexible.
